Heidi Learner

Heidi Learner serves as the Americas Head of Research at CBRE, leveraging nearly three decades of industry experience. In this pivotal role, she spearheads the enhancement of analysis, forecasting, and transaction support across the public and private real assets spectrum, encompassing both equity and debt. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Learner was the Chief Economist at Savills, where her expertise focused on macroeconomic factors influencing commercial real estate pricing and lease decision-making. She holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's from Columbia University.
