Chris is working with SIMCA, a group that has been active for more than 15 years in the real estate market in Mexico, including the Riviera Maya. SIMCA has successfully delivered more than 27 projects, offering premium homes and luxury condos in markets such as Playa del Carmen. One of their Playa projects has won awards for its innovative design. Full property and rental management services are available to SIMCA owners, allowing them to generate income while staying hands off. SIMCA is also behind the Siempre project, which is in the heart of an up-and-coming zone in downtown Playa, and set to become the city’s most chic address.
