Adam Greenfader

Adam Greenfader is the Managing Partner at AG&T, a premier real estate development and advisory firm specializing in hospitality, residential, and resort projects across the Caribbean and Central America. With over 30 years of experience, he has played an integral role in more than 55 high-profile developments valued at approximately $1.5 billion. A Master of Real Estate Development, Greenfader champions sustainable building practices and innovative technologies like blockchain in real estate. He chairs the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Caribbean Council and serves as the Florida Liaison for the Puerto Rico Builders Association. He is also the author of "Why Puerto Rico Now: A Masterplan for Resurgence, Resiliency, and Long-Term Economic Growth."
