Prior to his current role, Hofman demonstrated his managerial capabilities by leading Technistone and Thermoplast within M.L. Moran. Under his direction, Urbanity develops "next-generation" industrial campuses, notably the award-winning Urbanity Campus Tachov. These projects integrate brownfield sites, prioritize sustainability, employee well-being, and incorporate amenities such as kindergartens and medical facilities, setting new standards in the industry.
