Fina Moisés

Josefina Moisés is the CEO of AMEFIBRA, the Mexican Association of Real Estate FIBRAs (REITs). With over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in shopping centers, telecommunications, and investments, she is a key figure in promoting the professionalization and growth of Mexico's FIBRAs industry. Moisés, a public accountant, previously contributed to the Urban Land Institute Mexico (ULI Mexico). At AMEFIBRA, she champions transparency, best practices, and actively works to attract investment and leverage opportunities like nearshoring, highlighting FIBRAs' strong market performance and significant contribution to the national GDP. Her leadership is instrumental in strengthening the sector's institutionalization and sustainability.
