Juan Carlos Mondragón Castañeda is the CEO and General Director of MonByHotels, a firm specializing in hotel design, development, and operation. With over 40 years in the hospitality industry, he brings extensive expertise in hotels, furnished apartments, and senior living projects. Mondragón Castañeda also serves as the President of the Association of Hotels of Jalisco (2020-2024). He is the inventor of the "Mondragón Measurement System" for bar inventory control. His career, which began at 13, includes significant leadership roles, reflecting a strong track record of professional achievement and industry contribution.
