Carola Pacheco

Carola Pacheco serves as the Gerente General of ADI - Asociación de Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios - Peru, a position she assumed in February 2016. She brings over two decades of experience in banking and business development, with a strong focus on the real estate and construction sectors. Before joining ADI Perú, she was the Real Estate Business Manager at BCP, where she was instrumental in establishing the construction credit unit. Carola holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Universidad del Pacífico. In her role at ADI Perú, she champions the promotion of formal housing, navigates regulatory challenges, and fosters industry collaboration, notably through initiatives like "ADI LATAM".
