Stephen Mauldin
Biography
Mr. Mauldin oversees CNL’s enterprise-wide real estate investment and fund management, legal, compliance and other corporate functions, while jointly managing capital markets activities and day-to-day operations. Since its founding in 1973, CNL has formed or acquired companies with more than $34 billion in assets. Mr. Mauldin joined CNL in 2011 and most recently served as CNL’s group president-real estate investments. Prior to CNL, Mr. Mauldin held various positions with Crosland LLC, Crutchfield Capital LLC, Security Capital Group and others. Mr. Mauldin his MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and holds a BSc in Finance from the University of Tampa.
