Iván Chomer

Iván Chomer is the CEO of Grupo Chomer and Dividenz. An architect with an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, Chomer joined Grupo Chomer as CEO in 2015, upholding a three-generation family legacy in real estate development. Under his leadership, Grupo Chomer has successfully developed over 200,000 square meters in large-scale real estate projects. In 2020, he also assumed the role of CEO at Dividenz, a global real estate investment platform dedicated to providing Latin American investors access to institutional-quality US real estate assets, now managing over $500 million in assets. His expertise spans architecture, real estate development, and cross-border investment strategies.
