With 18 years of experience, her expertise spans real estate lending, investment, valuation, and workout. Mann focuses on senior debt opportunities across diverse sectors including office, logistics, hospitality, care homes, social housing, and residential property, with an increasing emphasis on sustainability-linked investments. Prior to joining Phoenix in 2019, she was the lead subject matter expert for European Commercial Real Estate Debt at BlackRock's Financial Markets Advisory team, and also held roles at Bank of America, ABN AMRO, and Brookland Partners.
