Biography
Eamon Smith was a Managing Director of Real Estate and a founding partner at Geller Capital Partners. In this capacity, he was responsible for the acquisition, financing, development, and execution of capital investment programs on behalf of the firm and its investors. He also contributed to the financial evaluation of acquisition targets and directed go-forward modeling of assets. Eamon’s extensive experience includes senior management roles at firms such as Salt Creek Hospitality and Strategic Hotels & Resorts, where he directed over $15 billion in property transactions across the U.S. and Europe. He is a graduate of the Cornell Hotel School of Administration.
