Felipe Boechem
Biography
Felipe Tavares Boechem is a Partner at Lefosse, where he leads the Oil and Gas practice. He possesses extensive experience across all segments of the oil and gas industry, including upstream, midstream, and downstream, as well as project structuring and M&A. Prior to joining Lefosse, he served as a consultant for Mozambique's Ministry of Mineral Resources and as a legal manager for Shell Brazil. His academic background includes an LL.M. in Corporate Governance from Stanford Law School and a Ph.D. in Law from Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Felipe plays a key role in the development of the Brazilian gas market and is a published author and professor in oil and gas law.
