Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba
Biography
Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba is the General Manager of Liebrecht & Wood in Poland, a role she has held since 2018. With over 25 years of dedicated service to the Liebrecht & Wood Group, she has been instrumental in the company's growth and operations. Her extensive experience includes establishing and managing the Legal Department and serving as General Counsel, overseeing major transactions and legal services across the CEE region. As General Manager, she leads a team of over 70 professionals, driving the development of new projects and managing the existing property portfolio in Poland. Magdalena is a qualified attorney-at-law, an alumna of Harvard Business School (GMP, Executive Education), and holds degrees from the University of Warsaw and Cambridge University studies. She is recognized for her focus on creating real estate projects that deliver social and cultural value, notably exemplified by the Koneser Praga Centre.
