Biography

Rex Rudy is the Head of Commercial Real Estate Division at U.S. Bank Commercial Real Estate, a position he assumed in May 2015. With over 20 years of industry experience, he oversees 350 employees across 24 U.S. commercial real estate offices. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Rudy served as managing director and group head of real estate investment trust (REIT) finance at Wells Fargo. He is responsible for fostering long-term relationships with commercial real estate developers, REITs, and property owners. Rudy holds bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Ohio State University.
