Biography
Charles Wanecq is the CEO of Optylon Krea, a pan-Mediterranean real estate development and investment management company based in Portugal. With over a decade of experience in real estate and investment banking, including finance roles in Paris and New York, Charles co-founded Optylon and LovelyStay in 2014. These ventures laid the foundation for Optylon Krea in 2016. He has been pivotal in the company's growth, specializing in innovative investment products and leading to the formation of the Ando Living Group. Under his leadership, Optylon Krea has managed €2 billion in gross development value and €450 million in equity, establishing itself as a market leader in Golden Visa fund investments, trusted by over 2,000 investors from 40 countries.
