Biography
As Head of SEGRO Netherlands, Eelco Ouwerkerk is responsible for the overall operation and development of SEGRO in the Netherlands. Previously, Eelco held the position of Transition & Innovation manager at HOMIJ Technische Installaties bv. Within HOMIJ Eelco was responsible for the strategic development and implementation of concepts and applications in the field of energy transition, digitization and circularity. He has also worked for Slavenburg’s Bouwbedrijven BV and Vailog Nederland B.V., a SEGRO Group Company. In these positions, Eelco has gained a great deal of expertise in the realization of large real estate projects, including warehouses. With his technical insight he translates the needs of the market into future-proof buildings.
