Ben Ryan

Ben Ryan is a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for Crossbay across Europe, a position he has held since February 2021. With 20 years of experience in Real Estate Asset Management, he is responsible for overseeing Crossbay's pan-European last-mile logistics portfolio. Prior to joining Crossbay, Ben held senior asset management roles at Delin Capital Asset Management, Praxis Real Estate, Topland Group, and was a Director of Asset Management at ING Real Estate in London. He holds a BSc in Real Estate, an MBA, and has been a Member of the RICS for 19 years.
