Nicolás Poupard is the Founder & CEO of Masaya Hotels, a prominent hospitality brand based in Colombia. He co-founded Masaya in 2012 in Bogotá, driven by a passion for travel and entrepreneurship, and a vision to showcase Colombia's rich cultural and tourism potential. Under his leadership, Masaya has expanded from a single hostel to a chain of 10 properties across key Colombian destinations, including Bogotá, Santa Marta, and Medellín. Poupard is dedicated to sustainable tourism, offering immersive cultural experiences that connect travelers with authentic local heritage. Masaya Hotels provides a unique blend of comfort and local ambiance, promoting cultural activities and supporting local artists. He holds a Master's degree in international business from IÉSEG School of Management.
