Felipe Pacheco
Biography
Felipe serves as Fund Manager and joined Kiruna in 2016. Since 2019, he performs as Partner. Felipe has over 12 years’ experience structuring real estate transactions from both financial and legal perspectives.
Felipe is the leader of the Kiruna team in charge of managing the Kiruna Real Estate Fund and structuring SNF Kiruna`s Fund. Prior to that, he was in charge of leading the management of Skandia Real Estate Fund “Comprar Para Arrendar” (CPA) for four years. Felipe leads the origination and evaluation of investment opportunities, as well as the strategic management of assets owned by investment funds managed by Kiruna.
