Carlos Gil

Carlos A. Morales Gil is the Director General of PetroBAL, a prominent Mexican hydrocarbon company. With over 30 years of experience at Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), including a decade as Director General of Pemex Exploración y Producción (PEP), he is a highly respected petroleum engineer. He holds degrees from UNAM, Stanford, and Harvard, and has led PetroBAL to secure significant exploration and production contracts.
