With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, including roles at multinational firms like Areva, Alstom, and Engie, Ovidio possesses extensive expertise in commercial and regulatory affairs, strategic planning, and project management. He is instrumental in fostering market competition and developing critical infrastructure, such as underground gas storage and network interconnections, to enhance Brazil's gas market dynamics. Ovidio holds a Business Administration degree from FGV/SP and an MBA in Foreign Trade and International Business from FGV/RS, complemented by a certification in Gas Market Regulation.
