Gareth Williams
Biography
Gareth Williams serves as the Head of Real Estate Finance at QSix Deutschland GmbH, a role he commenced in 2017 to establish and oversee the firm's real estate finance business. He is responsible for all commercial real estate debt investments and developing the lending platform. Prior to joining QSix, Gareth was instrumental in establishing the debt advisory team at LNR Europe, a subsidiary of Starwood Property Trust. His extensive background also includes a tenure as a banker at Barclays Capital, where he focused on large-ticket corporate real estate financing and M&A, and he notably led the recovery of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander's real estate book. Gareth holds a Master's degree in Finance from the London School of Economics.
