José Mauro Ferreira Coelho é um renomado profissional com vasta experiência no setor de energia brasileiro. Ele atuou como Secretário de Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis do Ministério de Minas e Energia (MME), contribuindo para as políticas energéticas do país. Doutor em Planejamento Energético e Mestre em Engenharia dos Materiais, possui mais de trinta anos de carreira, incluindo a presidência da Petrobras e do Conselho de Administração da PPSA, além de passagens pela Empresa de Pesquisa Energética (EPE). Sua expertise abrange petróleo, gás natural e biocombustíveis, com diversas publicações e atuação docente.
