Biography
Carl-Christoph brings Modulus Real Estate 17 years of experience from the areas of project development, investment banking, real estate joint-ventures, and debt financing, from positions he held in various financial institutions in London, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Hamburg. Before founding Modulus Real Estate in 2014 Carl-Christoph was most recently Managing Partner at a leading retail specialized asset manager. Carl-Christoph holds a degree in architecture (Diplom-Ingenieur) from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Germany with focus on real estate economy and construction management.
