As a co-founder, he has been instrumental in expanding HMS's operations across the Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, and Costa Rica, driving a recent strategic alliance with Preferred Hotels & Resorts for global growth. Melgen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has completed specializations in Hospitality at Cornell University, alongside expertise in Corporate Finance, Marketing, and Project Management. Under his leadership, HMS delivers high-profile experiences in hospitality and real estate projects.
