Biography

Hugo Gonçalves Pereira is the CEO and Co-Founder of ReVentures, a Portugal-based property developer specializing in innovative living solutions. With over 20 years of experience in Private Equity and 5 years in Venture Capital in London, he holds a Harvard MBA. Pereira previously co-founded U.hub, a successful student housing brand, and Shilling, an early-stage VC. At ReVentures, he leads initiatives in student and senior living, overseeing projects that include over 1,400 built beds and more than €300M in ongoing investments across Lisbon and Porto. His expertise spans Proptech and marketplace business models.
