Luciano Souza is a Partner at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Sociedade de Advogados, specializing in compliance, internal investigations, anti-corruption, and ESG principles. He leads sensitive investigations for publicly traded companies and advises on public sector interactions. Recognized by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for his expertise, Luciano is also Compliance Director and VP of the ESG & Sustainability Committee at the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce. He holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University.
