Sebastian Schoeberl is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Montano Asset Management GmbH, a leading independent real estate investment and management company in the German commercial real estate market. Established in 2013, Montano, under his leadership, specializes in core-plus and value-add deals across office, retail, public infrastructure, and logistics sectors. With extensive experience in asset management for institutional and international investors, Mr. Schoeberl has been instrumental in Montano's growth, overseeing significant transactions and strategic expansions. He actively shapes the company's investment strategy and recently re-acquired full ownership of Montano with his co-founder in September 2024.
