Joao Paulo is the Director of Supply Chain Solutions at UPS Brazil, with over 14 years of experience at UPS, Joao has led the implementation of logistics and distribution operations in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, spare parts, automotive and beverage sectors for international companies. He has also managed large-scale logistics, international and domestic transportation operations for multinational and national companies, focusing on people management, P&L, and KPIs. He has played a key role in corporate functions related to operational and financial performance management.

With extensive experience in cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and inventory management, Joao has utilized methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Routine Management to drive continuous improvement. He has adapted easily to different processes and cultures, having worked in various states and regions.
