Yoram Biton is the Managing Director Central Europe at Leonardo Hotels, overseeing a portfolio of 107 hotels with over 17,000 rooms across 10 countries. Appointed to this role in 2018, he has significantly contributed to the company's growth since joining in 2006. His extensive career at Leonardo Hotels includes various management roles, leading hotel openings, successful takeovers, and cluster management across Germany, Switzerland, and the UK. Biton holds a degree in hotel management and business administration from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) in Tel Aviv. He plays a key role in strategic realignments and the expansion into the leisure sector.
