He brings over 28 years of extensive experience in corporate and structured finance, international credit, collection management, and regulatory compliance. In his role, Mr. Pepper oversees financial and related support services for S2E's daily operations and its expanding portfolio of domestic and international projects. His background includes key positions such as Chief Risk Officer/Head of Risk at China Construction Bank (Canada), Vice President Structured Finance at Fifth Third Bank, and Head of Special Accounts at State Bank of India (Canada).
