Lorenzo Niccolini

Lorenzo Niccolini is a Principal - Investment & Asset Management at Merope Asset Management, where he leads the investment team and contributes to the Board of Directors and Investment Committee. Joining in April 2019, his responsibilities include identifying strategic investment opportunities, value creation, and overseeing the real estate portfolio with a focus on asset management. He has been instrumental in significant acquisitions and redevelopment projects of prime "trophy assets" in Milan, such as Via Manzoni 9 and Corso Venezia 56, and the company's first major investment in Rome. Prior to Merope, Niccolini served as a Senior Consultant in Capital Markets at JLL from 2016 to 2019, managing transactions worth around €600 million, and previously as a Consultant for Dea Real Estate Advisor. His expertise drives Merope's growth and market position.
