Gaurav Sood

Gaurav Sood is the CEO of Sprng Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading renewable energy platform in India. With over 12 years of extensive experience in the renewable industry, he brings a strong blend of technical and business acumen to his role. Previously, Mr. Sood served as Managing Director of Solairedirect India, a subsidiary of Engie, where he was instrumental in developing over 590 MWp of high-quality solar assets. He holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing and an M. Tech in Renewable Energy. Under his leadership, Sprng Energy has expanded significantly, managing a cumulative contracted capacity of 3.05GWp across India. He was also recognized in the Economic Times "Forty under 40" list in 2016.
