Biography
Kristian joined QuadReal, Europe in November 2019. As Senior Vice President, his focus is on building the international portfolio, with an emphasis on investing in the U.K. and Europe. Kristian was formerly Vice President at Lone Star Europe in London, where he spent 6 years investing across UK, Ireland and Scandinavia. He has invested all asset classes and has experience making both equity and distressed debt investments. Prior to Lone Star, Kristian trained as an analyst in Rothschild & Co’s European real estate team (M&A and DCM). Kristian graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter and holds an MSc Finance and Private Equity from the London School of Economics.
