Biography

Since 2014, Erik has been Director of RE Strategy at Grupo Argos, a Colombia-based infrastructure investment group with approximately $16.3bi USD in cement, energy, airport, road, and real estate assets located throughout the Americas. Erik manages the financial underwriting of joint ventures and other transactions related to Grupo Argos´ land assets in Colombia. In addition, he helps oversee Grupo Argos´ investment in Pactia, a $1.2 billion USD in AUM RE private equity fund, through his participation in the fund´s project evaluation committee.
