Biography
Founder and Managing Partner of Activen Ltd, a private investment and advisory firm. Marty has worked with leading investors and developers across North America and Europe. These include Blackstone, Partners Group and Lincoln Property Company. He also lead a €4.0 Bn Blackstone mixed-use REOC workout as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and served in H&M Hennes Mauritz global leasing team in Asia. Marty started his investment and asset management career at Rockspring (now Patrizia AG), as Head of Nordics/Scandinavia.
