Kristian Nittka is the Head of Asset Management for Goldman Sachs in Germany. He possesses extensive expertise in asset management and investment banking, with a significant part of his career dedicated to the financial sector. Nittka previously held various roles at Goldman Sachs from 2006 to 2016, where he was responsible for the acquisition of non-performing loans and real estate, operational asset management, and sales, specifically across German-speaking countries and the Nordics. His experience also includes leadership positions, such as Head of Asset Management at OfficeFirst in Munich from 2018 to 2021, and Head of Acquisition at Domicil Real Estate Group, further highlighting his specialization in the German real estate and investment markets.
