With over 28 years of cross-sector leadership, Subrata brings a proven track record in strategic execution, institutional governance, and investor-focused value creation. Subrata's career spans 16+ years in real estate, covering commercial, industrial, pharma & life sciences, residential, and mixed-use developments and 12+ formative years with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. Currently Chief Business Officer at Brigade Enterprises, Subrata drives the group’s Industrial real estate strategy and a flagship 75-acre integrated development. His prior roles include CEO & ED at Lighthouse Canton, COO-Commercial at Brigade Group, City Head- Hyderabad, Ascendas Services India Pvt. Ltd. (CapitaLand) and Branch Head- Hyderabad, Knight Frank India
