Specialized in project and financial management, Mr. Didier Balcaen has over 25 years of experience in the international construction and real estate market, out of which 17 in Romania. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Speedwell SRL. Speedwell has a portfolio of 150.000m2 commercial real estate and 5.000 residential units under development across 6 major cities in Romania, valued at over 1.3 Billion Euro.
