Biography

Roger Kinkead, CFA, is Director of Investment Banking at MMG Bank, responsible for the design and structuring of public issues through the Panama Stock Exchange including debt securities and investment companies. He participated in the development of the first real estate investment company registered in Panama to take advantage of the incentives established for its development and has acted as financial advisor in the structuring and implementation of multiple real estate investment companies in Panama. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of MMG Asset Management, an investment management company that manages funds with more than $ 450 million in real estate assets and more than $ 200 million in financial assets
