Biography
Carlos Vasconcellos serves as Executive Chairman & CEO of Quantinvest, a Portuguese real estate investment and development firm. He co-founded Quantico (rebranded as Quantinvest in 2023) and Quest Capital. With over 30 years in general management, his experience spans Banking, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and Private Equity, including CEO roles at Portugal Telecom, VIVO, and Dun & Bradstreet Corporation (USA), having managed companies in over 20 countries. He holds an MBA and completed executive programs at INSEAD, HBS, IMD, and Princeton.
