Her career has given her deep experience in direct lending, repackaged transactions, securitizations, and non-performing loan (NPL) financings. Niki is passionate about structured finance and credit solutions, and is keen to connect with fellow professionals in the real estate sector to share insights and explore new opportunities. Initiatives such as Women in Real Estate are especially close to her, and she is committed to supporting diversity and inclusion within the industry.
