Biography

Lorenzo Berho Carranza serves as Chief Executive Officer of Vesta, a leading Mexican industrial real estate company, a role he assumed on August 1, 2018. Previously, as Operating Officer, he significantly contributed to business performance, including property acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic projects. Mr. Berho holds an industrial engineering degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Under his leadership, Vesta achieved a historic NYSE IPO in 2023, marking the largest placement for a Mexican company since 2012 and the first Mexican real estate firm listed on the NYSE.
