Mark Clifford

Mark D. Clifford is a Senior Vice President and Director at Washington Capital Management, Inc. With over 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience, Mr. Clifford joined WaCap in 2003. He is responsible for originating new investments—including acquisitions, joint ventures, and mortgages—in Southern California and the Southwest. He also serves on WaCap's real estate investment committee. Mr. Clifford holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
