Biography

Ana María Esquivelzeta Rabell is an architect, LEED AP, EDGE Expert, and EDGE Auditor, with a Master’s degree in Architecture and Sustainability from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Spain, and a Cum Laude degree in Architecture from the University of Monterrey, Mexico. With over 15 years of experience, she has led multidisciplinary teams in achieving sustainability and energy efficiency goals for high-performance buildings, including LEED and EDGE certifications. Her expertise spans various sectors such as residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial projects. She is also the co-founder of Recurso V, where she specializes in sustainable building design, energy modeling, and BIM integration.
