Biography
Niraj is a real estate investment professional with over 18 years of diversified experience in financial services,of which last 15 years was in the real estate space.Previously,Niraj joined IDFC Alternatives in 2016 and prior to that he was at Shapoorji Pallonji Investment Advisors,part of one of the largest real estate development groups in India.He has successfully executed multiple investments in private equity and mezzanine funding covering the entire deal life cycle (origination,execution & asset management activities). He played a key role in investments of US $500 million in various real estate asset classes across pan-India.Niraj has completed Chartered Financial Analyst program (CFA Institute, USA) and Chartered Accountancy degree
