Johannes Köth

Johannes Köth serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on the Management Board of SES Spar European Shopping Centers GmbH. Appointed CFO as of January 1, 2023, he oversees Controlling, Property Administration, and Legal Issues, building upon his extensive experience in Leasing and Asset Management. Prior to this, he was appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in 2021. Köth began his career in the SPAR Group in 2004 as a Leasing Manager, joining SES in 2007. He previously held roles as Head of Asset Management and Country Manager for Slovenia and Croatia. He holds degrees in business administration and law from Salzburg and Innsbruck.
