Andrea Bora is a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs Real Estate Finance team, he is located in London and co-heads the firm's EMEA CRE debt team, focusing on distribution. Andrea joined the firm from Morgan Stanley where he worked for 7 years in CRE finance mainly within the ELOC CMBS program and prior to that he was for 5 years at Bear Stearns on a similar role. Andrea has extensive experience in all aspects of CRE finance including origination, structuring and distribution. From his current role Andrea has recently run distribution of debt transactions in various jurisdictions including UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Benelux and Poland.

Mueller-Borja oversees value-add investment strategies, focusing on enhancing property performance through active management and strategic improvements. Anders currently leads the European real estate team at SVP, having built the team and deployed over €400 million since joining. Before SVP, he headed the CRE special situations at Deutsche Bank, where they invested in CRE secured NPLs. Anders began his career at HSBC Bank Canada, moved to London in 2011 to work in the investment bank, and joined Deutsche Bank in 2013. Anders is originally from Toronto, Canada, with a bachelor's degree in history and economics from the University of British Columbia. They attended the executive program for leadership development at the Harvard Business School. In his free time he is the chairman of Forma Arts and Media, a non-profit producing experiential and visual art.

David was previously Head of the Real Estate practice at Helios Capital, a London-based family office, and, prior to that, a senior member of the investment team at Moor Park Capital Partners. He has an extensive track record in real estate, having been involved in £2bn+ real estate transactions since the start of his career, both in equity and debt positions. David holds an MA from HEC Lausanne, HEC Paris and La Sorbonne University. He speaks French and English and is a Swiss and French citizen.

Magdalena Vorreiter is a Director in Commercial Real Estate Finance at Citi in London, with over 14 years at the firm. She specialises in structuring tailored debt solutions for commercial property transactions across Europe, working with institutional investors, developers, and leading real estate sponsors.
