Margaret is an experienced Chair, Board Director and CEO. She is a Director on the Boards of Bank of Ireland Group and New Ireland Assurance plc and a Senior Adviser with Consello. Margaret is former CEO and Board Director of IRES REIT plc, Ireland’s leading private rental residential owner and operator with €1.5bn of assets. She is Chair of the Dublin City University Business School Advisory Board, a Trustee of the Chester Beatty Library. She is a former Non-Executive Director of Dalata Hotel Group plc, Birmingham Airport, Dusseldorf and Hamburg Airports and HSBC Security Services Ireland DAC. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Chartered Director of Institute of Directors.

Bob Flannery serves as Chief Executive Officer for Banner Real Estate Group. He drives strategic growth, overseeing capital markets, development, acquisition, and operations for multi-family and self-storage platforms. With over 30 years in real estate, his expertise includes executive leadership, strategic planning, investment management, joint ventures, and capital raising.

Carolina has solid experience in corporate finance with passages in several banks and multinationals such as Alcoa, Citibank and Braskem, and made her debut in the real estate market in 2006. From 2007 to 2011 she participated in the IPO movement of the industry as VP of strategic planning and Investor Relations of both Rossi and Brookfield. Carolina joined Brasil Plural in 2011 as a IB partner responsible for the Real Estate area at the bank. Currently, is founding partner of Antonella Realty.

Charles-Antoine Lussier is responsible for Ivanhoe Cambridge's investment and asset management operations for the residential and hotel sector in North America and Europe. Having worked in real estate and finance for 20 years, Mr. Lussier has acquired extensive experience in conducting negotiations and implementing investment strategies in various regions and jurisdictions.

David has over 20 years’ experience from the Nordic real estate industry, starting his career in the early 2000´s at SEB´s investment banking division Enskilda Securities (today SEB Enskilda) and the Nordic investment bank ABG Sundal Collier. David was heading transactions for the Nordic fund manager Genesta Property Nordic during the period 2008-2014. Since 2014, David has been running RIM in its present form and has succesfully developed the business to its present format. Over the past years David has been working together with Nordic and international real estate investors in the execution of real estate strategies. RIM has transacted about 400 MEUR of real estate across the Nordics the past few years and has AUM of about 300 MEUR.

Hartwell Brown started programming in 4th grade on an Apple IIe. After graduating from Stanford in 1994, he founded Hart Systems, a computer consulting and programming company. He lived in Silicon Valley for two decades, building Hart Systems, and commercializing the two U.S Patents he was awarded in 2012 and 2014. He moved to Texas in 2012 with his wife and applied the lessons learned developing software for two decades in Silicon Valley to the builder, contractor, multifamily, and manufacturing industries concentrated in the Greater Houston Area. He is an expert in business systems, computer systems, and artificial intelligence. He lives in Katy, Texas with his wife and their three native Texan children.

Kirk Lindstrom serves as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Round Hill Capital, a UK-based real estate investment and asset management firm. He brings over 25 years of experience in real estate, investment, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Round Hill, Lindstrom held senior positions at prominent investment firms, including serving as a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs' European real estate investment banking team. He also worked in real estate investment banking at Merrill Lynch in London and New York. His extensive experience includes advising clients on transactions totaling over €30 billion in the real estate and lodging industries. Lindstrom holds a B.A. from Amherst College, Massachusetts.

Rohitashwa Poddar is the Managing Director of Poddar Housing and Development Limited, a leading affordable housing development Co, which is listed on the BSE and NSE. Mr. Poddar is also the Vice Chairman of the Poddar Group with interests in education, wellness and finance. The Poddar family is one of India’s oldest business families dating back to 1690, founding Ramgarh in Sikar, in 1791. Rohit has a BSc (Hons) in Engineering and Management from King’s College (UK). He is also a part of Asia Societies Young Leaders and an Aspen Ananta India Leadership Initiative Fellow.. He is an avid traveler, practices Iyengar Yoga and plays golf and swims.
