Jonathon Ivory

Prior to founding Packaged Living Homes, Jonathon was MD of Atlas Residential UK, a North American multifamily owner operator, where he was responsible for the acquisition, funding and stabilisation of a 1200 home BtR portfolio with a GDV exceeding £250m. Before joining Atlas, Jonathon ran the London office of Carlton Group, a New York headquartered global boutique real estate investment bank focussing on corporate finance advisory, debt / equity placement and commercial loan sales. Jonathon is a member of The BPF BtR Sub-Committee, The ULI Residential Council, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Europe, Ministry of Housing Communities & Local Government Build to Rent committee member and a Director of The UK Apartment Association.
